How long does it take to ship my order?
Items are shipped out normally within 3-7 business days after we get your order but a lot of times it is sooner than the specified time frame.
As soon as an item is shipped out, you will be notified via email
The time range vary due to the fact that we pick items from various supplier or manufacturer warehouses, consolidate them and despatch them to you. This way we are able to negotiate the best deals eliminating unnecessary costs for you.
What carrier do you use to ship items?
We currently use FedEx or USPS depending on the weight of the item, shipping destination and cost.
Which parts of World do you ship to?
We ship to most states within USA with exception of Hawaii & Alaska. Internationally we ship to Australia, Canada, UK, India and Singapore if you order from a BuyOffs in your country. More destinations will be added once we have secure and reliable postal options to new destinations.
Can I track an item?
If an item is shipped via FedEx or USPS you will be provided with a tracking number.
Please note that if you are a customer from India, tracking updates appears to be delayed due to local postal issues
Will you notify as soon as the item is shipped?
Yes. As soon as the item leaves the warehouse you will be notified. We will also keep you updated if there are any known delivery delays due to natural or other disasters. e.g. Hurricane.
What if I am not at home to receive the item?
With FedEx usually 3 attempts are made to deliver the item to you. In case of USPS the item will be held at your local Post Office.
If an attempted delivery fails a note will be left in your post box indicating how you can organize a redelivery or where you can collect the item. Please note there might be redelivery charges imposed on you by your local postal service provider.

I was sent an incorrect item!
Sorry for not shipping the items you had ordered. Please check the section below on Returns & Refunds on how to return those items for a full refund. Exceptions might apply depending on items.
Returns & Refunds
For how long do you accept returns?
The item is defective on receipt. How do I return it?
Get you order number and contact the Customer support team by emailing returns@buyoffs.com for your RMA and return instructions.
Send the item back within the 30-Day period as per instructions and we will refund in full (Item price plus postage paid)
The item has suffered shipping damage. How do I return it?
Get you order number and contact the Customer support team for your RMA and return instructions. Please clearly describe the problem when contacting us so that we can resolve the matter quickly

I don't like the item. Can I return it?
If you have changed your mind you can return the item within 30 Days in its original packaging for a refund. However a 15% restocking fee applies. The refund amount will not include shipping/postage costs incurred in sending the item to you. Return postage costs will have to be borne by you.
Before attempting a return, ensure that your item is not on the non-returnable items list by consulting the answer to FAQ: What Items cannot be returned?

Can I get a replacement for a faulty item?
We will supply a replacement if the items are still in stock. However we cannot guarantee that a replacement is available in all cases.
What items cannot be returned?
Items listed below cannot be returned
:: Computer laptops, desktops, and other portables more than 30 days after delivery
:: Any product missing the serial number or UPC
:: Prepaid game cards
:: Pay As You Go (or prepaid) type items
:: Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
:: Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery
:: Fragrances & Most Cosmetics
:: Grocery items including food, personal care items such as shampoo and skin care, and household items
:: Some Garments such as Lingerie and Underwear
How does the return process works?
Below is a summary of the return process:
1. Once you initiate the contact we will analyze the problem and issue you with return instructions if your request is accepted
2. On receipt of the returned item it will undergo quality checks
3. If all are items, accessories, original product documentation, serial numbers/UPC code are in order we will process your refund
4. If on inspection we find that any accompanying items, accessories, original product documentation, serial numbers/UPC code etc. are missing a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
5. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days and credited back to your PayPal Account.

Is it secure to pay online via BuyOffs.com using Credit/Debit Cards?
Yes. All of our Credit/Debit card payments are processed by PayPal, our payment services provider. We are PayPal verified Business since 2004. We have handled numerous transactions via PayPal both from website and eBay over 7 years
We do not have access to your Credit/Debit Card Numbers, Expiry Dates, CVC Codes etc. All such info you provide are securely used by PayPal on their servers to process your payment.
Once your payment is processed PayPal will notify us of the payment status and transfer the funds to our PayPal account
As an added security our website is secured by 256-bit SSL

How do I track the status of my orders?
As your order move through various stages we will provide status updates via email. Once we dispatch the item a tracking number will be sent to you so that you can track the item via FedEx or USPS websites
Can I place a single order to be delivered to multiple addresses?
No. Each order can only be delivered to a single address.
If you wish to order for multiple addresses we suggest that you place separate orders
Can I modify my order after it has been placed? Can it be Canceled?
Please email us immediately with a request to cancel the order. Please note that if the order has already been processed through to next stage we cannot make any modifications to that order.
As soon as an order is received and paid for in full it proceeds to the next stage in preparation for product assembling and delivery.
Can I order in bulk quantities?
